window location reset after screen goes to sleep

After the displays are sleep/woken with a multi-monitor setup, windows could either:

• all conform to a single display
• all become minimized on a single/multiple displays (still incorrect in the case of multiple displays)
• windows that were minimized are now maximized and vice-versa
