xfwm4 4.14.0-1. Hi CPU utilization with enabled composition

Description

In general xfwm4 (4.14.0) utilizes 1-2% CPU with composition enabled (htop monitoring. Intel Core2 Duo CPU). But after some time (several times a day) xfwm4 CPU utilization jumping up to 16-20% and stuck at this level. After all windows are closed CPU utilization slowing down to 7-10%. Only after killing and restarting xfwm4, CPU utization goes back to 1-2%.
