xfwm doesn't remember "always on visible workspace"

Description

Every time i open chromium, it opens up maximized on my secondary screen, because xfwm remembers it was closed there. But i have to manually right-click the top window title bar thingy to select the "always on visible workspace" option every time. In my opinion, this setting should be saved, too.
