Feature request: no focus stealing if user typed within last N seconds

Description

In most cases, I want focus stealing on. The exception is when I'm typing something (especially into a password field). This is a feature request for a middle-ground option that prevents focus stealing only if there was keyboard input within the last N (e.g. 2) seconds.
