Feature Request: Allow mouse button bindings for window manager

Description

Currently xfwm4 (4.10) only allows configurable keyboard bindings, not mouse bindings. This is a pain for users that wish to bind mouse buttons to xfwm actions such as 'tile window left/right' or 'move window to workspace left/right', which can only be assigned to keyboard hotkeys.
