Shortcut 'Delete active workspace' deletes the last one

Description

In xfwm4-settings I've got Alt+Del mapped to 'Delete active workspace'. However it seems that instead of deleting the current one it always deletes the last.

Steps to replicate:

• Set up three desktops 1, 2 & 3.
• Open one window in 2 and one in 3.
• Go to 1. Press the hotkey for 'Delete active workspace'.

Instead of two workspaces with one window each you should get one with no windows and one with two.
