RedmondXP SSD theme draws incorrectly

Noted in #24 (closed), the RedmondXP theme (found in the old xfwm4-themes package) draws incorrectly.

The title pieces appear to not be drawn at all, so the titlebar isn't draggable, and input falls through to whatever is below. Titlebar text interestingly does still draw, as do the window buttons, which are functional.
