Turn off the icons in desktop right-click menu.

The icons in the desktop right-click menu (the one that contains actions such as "Create launcher", "Paste",Desktop settings" can not be turned off by any means, at least not when it comes to the options given in the settings session. How can I possibly get rid of them?
