modifying starter removes exec permissions

A couple of days/weeks ago I created a starter on the desktop via right-click/'Starter erstellen ...', and used it successfully since then (via right click/'Ausführen'). Today I had to modify the contained Exec= line. Thankfully there is a 'Starter bearbeiten' option. After the modification the access permissions are lost. There is a popup asking for restoring file permissions.

While this popup is open, another popup will appear later, claiming that starting the thing failed.

I think modifying an existing starter should preserve the permissions.

This is with git.xfce.org#master.
