Dragging items out of the trash duplicates them

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new folder on your desktop
2. Move that folder to the trash
3. Open the trash
4. Drag the folder from the trash to your desktop

Current behavior

The folder appears both on the desktop and in the trash

Expected outcome

The folder appears only on the desktop and no longer in the trash
