Huge problem with the Trash bin

Issue Description

When dragging the Home folder to the Trash in the desktop the whole home gets deleted without asking for any confirmation

Steps to Reproduce Issue

1. Drag the Home icon in the Trash on the desktop

Expected Behavior

Nothing happens, or at least a dialog asking for some confirmatin

Additional Information

When this accident first happend I didn't even realise. After a few seconds I noticed that my icons and theme were starting to disappear. After a few more seconds I got a dialog saying some files were impossible to delete (maybe permission errors or open files); in that dialog I clicked cancel and the deletion stopped, but half of my home folder was already gone.
