The Rename dialog opens at wrong workspace

Issue Description

The Rename dialog opens at a wrong workspace.

Steps to Reproduce Issue

1. Open Workspace 5.
2. Right-click on a file.
3. Click Rename...

The Rename dialog is at the Workspace 2.

Expected Behavior

The Rename dialog is at the Workspace 5.
