Wallpaper "Random Order" gets stuck in a random image

Issue Description

When using the "Random order" in the XFCE4 deskstop settings the image stops cycling for no apparent reason. The same issue does not happen if the images are being displayed sequentially instead.

Steps to Reproduce Issue

1. Settings -> Desktop
2. Select a folder with images
3. Enable "Change the background"
4. Enable "Random Order"

Expected Behavior

The image to keep cycling forever (same behavior from sequential display) instead of freezing in a random image.
