Desktop Icon's Text does not display upon signing in.

Issue Description

Desktop Icon's Text does not display upon signing in.

Steps to Reproduce Issue

  1. Boot up system and log in.
  2. Open Desktop Settings and go to the Desktop Icons tab and change the font size and change back to cause the Desktop Icon names to appear.
  3. Log Out or Reboot, Log back in and Desktop Icons again not showing the text under them.

Expected Behavior

I would expect to be able to see the Desktop Icons names at all times

Additional Information

In my Desktop Icons tab of the Desktop Settings I have Font Size checked and the size is set to 12. I believe the default was 10 when I initially installed this distribution.
