Copying file to clipboard is inconsistent with thunar

Ctrl+C 1.txt in the Desktop gives me this: file:///home/guest/Desktop/1.txt

Using Thunar: /home/guest/Desktop/1.txt

I expect xfdesktop to respect Thunar, which has been like this since forever.

Tested on PorteuX 1.9 using xfdesktop 4.20.0 and thunar 4.20.1
