Wallpaper xfce-light.svg has white line at left and upper border

Issue Description

xfce-light.svg has a white line at the left and upper border.

Steps to Reproduce Issue

1. Use xfce-light.svg as background.
2. Look at the left border.
3. Look at the upper border.

Expected Behaviour

A seamless image.

Additional Information

Increasing the size by 16×9 px and recentring it in Inkscape produces something very nice.
