"Apply to all workspaces" doesn't work in xfdesktop-4.19.2

Hello,

since the upgrade from 4.19.0 to 4.19.2, wallpaper handling has been behaving weird.

If the settings window is opened on workspace 2:

  • Changing wallpaper settings on the current monitor works
  • If the window is moved to another monitor: The currently selected wallpaper doesn't change (even tho it's a different one), but selecting another wallpaper will change the monitor's wallpaper.
  • If the window is moved to another workspaces: Changing wallpaper settings has no effect.

If the window is opened on any other workspace: Changing wallpaper settings has no effect.

"Apply to all workspaces" is enabled. I also tried resetting the entire xfce4-desktop tree in the Settings Editor and redoing my settings.

From settings-editor:
