Opening the settings dialog when XfwScreen:show-desktop is enabled minimizes the dialog on opening

A little oddity specific to X11 and also reproducible with 4.18:

• Toggle show-desktop for example via the panel plugin
• Open xfdesktop settings dialog via context menu

The dialog is minimized on opening (or almost, after a few seconds).
