upgrading to xfdesktop-4.19.1 -> blurry font, lost transparency, lost icon placement

Hi! When upgrading to xfdesktop 4.19.1 from 4.18.1 i experience unexpected behaviour.

1. All icons loses their positions
2. Font is changed or font settings has changed, the font looks very blurry. It only applies to xfdesktop, rest of system shows correct
3. white box around text, what happened to transparency?
