[NVIDIA/Linux] Display Settings are shown each time the monitor returns from sleep
I've no idea which XFCE component is responsible for this, so I'll just report it here.
With NVIDIA proprietary drivers each time the monitor returns from sleep (that's for monitor power saving, not for system suspend/resume) I see "Display" settings applet being shown (automatically).
This must not be happening. This wasn't happening in Fedora 37 but in Fedora 38 I have this bug.
