xfdesktop 4.17.1 - changing directories autoselects a wallpaper

changing directories automatically selects a new wallpaper when a new directory is navigated to in the xfdesktop4-settings. this is not a desireable default. User's likely will not like wallpapers changing without explicitly changing them.
