Need to add new "Set Default Application" option in context-menu

In issue thunar#342 (closed), I add new option Set Default Application in context-menu in thunar and also add one more params in thunar-chooser-dialog.

So I think I have to add this option in xfdesktop context-menu also and update the respected dbus .xml file also.
