Possibility to hide menu item "arrange desktop icons"

More than once that menu-item made me angry.

I arrange my desktop icons into small clusters .. e.g. "work related", "games", "programming". Yes, I know, others use separate desktops for that purpose ... I prefer it this way.

Once in a while I hit "arrange desktop icons" by accident, which than will result in mixing of all my carefully placed icon clusters :sad_smiley:

So if you would be fine with it, I would provide a MR to add an additional checkbox "Show menu item to arrange desktop icons" in the desktop preferences and a related xfconf setting. Default = true
