As of commit https://gitlab.xfce.org/xfce/xfce4-settings/-/commit/b82f0f5605b5334962098a39ee9e73bbc7b99c2c, an option was added to sync dark versions of themes for GTK4 assuming a theme name containing "-dark". Unfortunately, some themes, for example Qogir and Orchis, use "-Dark".
