No support of setting cursor speed (speed != acceleration)

Description

there is no settings via xfce gui of pointer speed. The only way to reduce it is via terminal: xinput set-prop 8 279 2.0 where 8 is id of my input device 279 is Device Accel Constant Deceleration ( eual by default to 1.000000)

I'm shocked that there are still no such setting.
