Mouse stopped working after replaced light dm with sddm

I am in a situation whereby I had deactivated light dm while simultaneously activating sddm then my Linux Void crashed , I had recovered void linux but even on my usb operating system now my mouse doesnt work it is being picked up by the kernel however i am receiving no input.
