Add hotkeys to cycle through tabs in all Settings windows

Suggesting to add the following two sets of hotkeys to be able to cycle through tabs in all XFCE Settings windows.
Ctrl + Tab = Next Tab
Ctrl + PageDown = Next Tab
Ctrl + Shift + Tab = Previous Tab
Ctrl + PageUp = Previous Tab

To try to keep all XFCE based applications consistent, not sure what applications would share this code, so not sure how far to go making posts for this request.
-Thunar has "Preferences" window = thunar#1605

-Terminal has "Preferences" window = apps/xfce4-terminal#359

Have not made any posts for the following, if someone could let me know if I should?
-Whisker Menu has "Properties"
-Clipboard Manager has "Settings" or same thing in its context menu called "Properties"
