User-friendly description of commands in Shortcut tab

Being able to set keyboard shortcuts is fantastic... if you know what the commands do. As a new user, you can only assume what the commands do by reading them, and that's only if you speak english or know a little bit about coding.

My suggestion is to give each default command a name and/or description that states what it does. For any added custom command, also allow users to add their own name/description to it. This name/description would be visible in the shortcut list as its own column, and could even replace the command name if user-readability is required. The command itself could still be accessed or modified by editing the shortcut.
