Suggestion: Please include a template for new issues.

Since xfsettingsd is a very important component for Xfce, and after looking at many of the recent issues reported here, my suggestion is to include a template to help users make better reports and make sure these include at least xfce4-session version, details about the environment, suggest to include the output of the basic debug info and make sure they write it in English. Some issues should be handled by distributors (old versions, packaging issues, etc.), so I think it could include a smart designed question to help users consider to make the bug report with distributors instead of Xfce in some cases. This will save time for developers make easier to diagnose the issues.

This is the draft for my suggestion, which I think is friendlier than the template used for other projects:
