flatpak apps are not pre-populated

Hi,

  1. Had Chromium installed with pacman package manager. I did select Firefox in the "Default applications" as the default web browser where it was ready to choose in the drop down along with Chromium.
  2. Installed Chromium with flatpak from flathub.
  3. Uninstalled Chromium with pacman
  4. Wanted to set my default browser to Chromium now but as I opened the "Default applications" dialog, the option to choose it from the drop down was gone and I had to manually enter the flatpak launch path by choosing "Other..."

I mean it worked-out just fine for me but I find that if defaults are pre-populated, they should also be pre-populated if a flatpak version can be found. After all, it shows up just fine in the whisker menu just fine. Maybe it would be an option top consider the paths in ${XDG_DATA_DIRS}.
