Display profiles should should enable when display disconnected

The option to automatically change profiles when a new display is connected is great, but it's a one-way process. We need to manually enable a profile when a display is disconnected. It would make far more sense to automatically enable profiles whenever connected monitors change, not just on connection of a new monitor.
