Ctrl-[ and Ctrl-] are gobbled and not sent to the application

Description

Keys Ctrl-[ and Ctrl-] are gobbled and not sent to the application although they are not configured as shortcuts in Setting/Keyboard/Application Shortcuts.

These keys are used in the XML editor for jumping to the beginning/end of a tag. This is an extremely useful feature and without it XML editing is more difficult and prone to make errors.
