settings-editor UI lacks the horizontal scrolling/scrollbar

Hello!

I'm using 4.14.3 (Xfce 4.14) on Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS.

As shown in below screenshot, xfce4-settings-editor doesn't have horizontal scrolling/scrollbar in both of its panes. Even pressing <left-arrow-key> or <right-arrow-key> doesn't work. Horizontal scrolling is completely absent.

This makes it impossible to see the values of properties which have long string values and are non-editable.
