Can't change icon theme if multiple instances of Appearance dialog are running

1. open Appearance dialog to Icon tab
2. open another Appearance dialog to Icon tab
3. try to change the icon theme
4. icon will be switched to the last icon theme
5. multiple entries for the same icon theme will appear in both dialogs
