device id should be shown instead of device model

Description

Color settings component shows 'model' property of the devices. Showing or adding device_id property could be more relevant. If devices are duplicated but renamed in the printer module, the user cannot identify the printers in the color setting component. Various ICC profiles are applied to duplicated printers to create a custom printing profile for one printer on various paper types. Identification of printers in color setting component is mandatory to apply correct ICC profile.
