Clickable button to create icon cache file

Description
When a cache file is missing for an icon set, a notice icon appears with a tooltip asking users to open a terminal and run the gtk-update-icon-cache command. It would be better UX to give them an option that doesnt require going to opening the terminal, like a fix icon which when clicked runs the command.
