Ship cursor theme with HiDPI support by default

For a HiDPI, increasing the cursor size for the default theme doesn’t work. The size value can be increased, but the cursor size doesn’t change. Please take a look at the attached screenshot.

There is also no icon for the default theme, and the preview also does not work.

Selecting Adwaita, the cursor size changes, and the icon and preview are there too.

Could the default theme, please support the basic sizes?
