Don't reload the treeviews on property changed if the selected item is
already the correct one. This avoids a scroll when the user selects a
new theme.

This is based on a patch by Skunnyk.

Array index was incremented too much, so the array passed to xrandr was
incorrect (the added displays were written beyond the array limit).

Fill the model first before attaching it to the combobox. Problem
spotted and tested by Martin Pitt.

Inverted logic in the test lead to this issue.

Instead of parsing-applying for each output, first parse all outputs, check
that the pending settings will keep one active output (if not, abort), and
finally apply everything.

Only log a warning in xfce4-settings-helper, and move the error popup to
xfce4-display-settings.

The "Use this output" checkbox from xfce4-display-settings is bound to the
'/Default/<current output>/Active' xfconf property. Cleaner way to reflect in
real time the {dis,en}ablement of an output.
