xfce starts cinnamon-screensaver

I am reopening an issue I created in Nov. 2019: https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=16223

xfce is still starting the cinnamon-screensaver in parallel to its own screensaver. I have to uninstall the cinnamon-screensaver package to fix that. But this of course breaks the cinnamon dependencies. There is no clean way to have cinnamon and xfce installed at the same time. Which basically means that I can not have two different users (family members) one using cinnamon and the other using xfce.

This is for xfce4-session 4.14.2-2 on Manjaro testing.

I repeat the last comment from @ochosi from the old issue:

I think for now we should consider the original problem fixed. If we want to drop support for other screensavers it doesn't affect only cinnamon but all other screensavers listed there.

If we really want to change this kind of behavior which has been established for quite some time already we should have a broader discussion about it.

Please start this discussion. This xfce behaviour is really annoying.
