xfce4-session 4.20.3 breaks Adwaita dark theme. Apps open in a bright white theme instead of Adwaita dark. Downgrading to 4.20.2 fixes the problem

xfce4-session 4.20.3 breaks the Adwaita dark theme. Apps open in a bright white theme instead of Adwaita dark. Downgrading to 4.20.2 fixes the problem

If I select another them and then select Adwaita dark again all the apps go dark as intended, but upon re-launching them, they're white again.

Some of the other dark themes work on 4.20.3, but not Adwaita dark.
