Single left click should display the power manager popup

A single left click should display the power manager popup, instead of a single right click. Currently, a single left click on the power manager icon does nothing. This would match the click behavior of the other system tray icons. A single left click on the username shows the "Lock Screen, Switch User, etc" popup.
