Desktop shuts down instead of coming back from suspend when power button is pressed

Description

After the 19.3 upgrade, suspend is not working properly. When in suspend state, upon pressing the power button or moving a mouse, instead of coming back it simply shuts down. This did not happen in 19.2 and no modifications have been made.
