locking screen while going to sleep is configured in 2 places which are not synchronised

Description

locking screen while going to sleep is configured in 2 places:

1. xfce power manager - security: "light locker : ... lock screen when system is going to sleep "
2. session and startup - advanced - shutdown: lock screen before sleep

and these 2 check marks are not automatically synchronised.
