Google Chrome inhibiting power management appearing twice

Attaching a screenshot.
Observed three things:
- The same message is shown twice
- Instead of saying "Google Chrome" it's saying "/usr/bin/google-chrome-stable"
- Google Chrome is missing its icon
Tested on Fedora 28 with all updates installed.
