Wayvnc blocked by power manager

When trying to connect to wayvnc with power manager running, there is a warning message coming from wayvnc and the connection displays just a grey screen instead of the desktop.

Killing power manager makes the wayvnc session run properly.

The message from wayvnc is: "Warning: ../wayvnc/src/output.c: 300: Output HDMI-A-2 power state failure"

The problem exists regardless whether the display power management is enabled or not.

Tested with the latest xfce release and the latest power manager git commit and both labwc and wayfire.

There's not much we can do about it: wlr-output-power-management doesn't allow two clients to control output power simultaneously. We could possibly release the output power manager when DPMS is disabled in xfce4-power-manager settings, in order to mitigate the conflict, but that's all.

Yes, starting power manager after wayvnc works correctly. There is an issue when hibernating the pc and then resuming, power manager grabs the power again unless "display power managment" is switched off.
