Integration issue: when xfce4-power-manager puts the screen into blank/sleep/off mode, xfce4-screensaver doesn't stop the currently running screensaver

As the title says; and it's a waste of energy (if one uses some xscreensaver, a lot of energy, for some of them) and cpu cycles.

Since it's an integration issue, i've opened an issue on xfce4-screensaver too.
