Feature Request: Battery Low Warning in XFCE

Currently, when the system detects a critical battery level, it performs the specified action, such as hibernation or sleep. However, it does so without any prior warning, which can confuse the user as these actions happen unexpectedly.

It would be really helpful to have an additional feature that sends a notification to the user a few minutes before the critical battery level is reached. This way, the user is aware and can take action before the system initiates hibernation or sleep mode
