Screen is frozen, screensaver / locker wasn't been started (on lid close-open)

Sometimes, when I open the lid after suspend, I get a screen ignoring the keyboard & mouse, and no screensaver.

If I pkill -f xfce4-screensaver && chvt 7 then, I will get the screen unfrozen.

Seems like "the suspender" doesn't wait screensaver to start?

libxfce4ui 4.18.2, xfce4-power-manager 4.18.1, xfce4-session 4.18.1, xfce4-settings 4.18.2, xfce4-screensaver 4.16.0. Calculate Linux 23 (Gentoo).

I don't see the issue on using Suspend button of log-off dialog. But the difference can be caused by a race condition...

P.S. As before, I saw a dialog like Couldn't lock the screen. Suspend anyway? (write the correct dialog's text, please) but don't see now (maybe something has been updated).
