tooltip is misplaced

Hello guys,

Sorry if that might sound lame for you, but it looks like the tooltip, which appears if you hover your mouse pointer over power manager icon in a tray is misplaced - it appears below the icon, so it is invisible:

You see that white 1px wide line down below the tray? This is, my guess, where the tooltop window top border appears - so the whole tooltip window appears below the visible screen. Just to give you the idea, how the same tooltip is rendered for bluetooth xfce applet:

This is Mint 21 with xfce4-power-manager-data/vanessa,vanessa,now 4.16.0-1ubuntu1mint1 all [installed] xfce4-power-manager-plugins/vanessa,now 4.16.0-1ubuntu1mint1 amd64 [installed] xfce4-power-manager/vanessa,now 4.16.0-1ubuntu1mint1 amd64 [installed]

I'll check the same on couple of other distros and update this ticket.
