Autostart file installed by xfce4-power-manager starts in other DEs than just XFCE

Unlike other XFCE daemons (which whitelist auto starting only in XFCE), xfce4-power-manager uses a blacklist of some common DEs. This breaks if you use a DE that is not in that list, such as i3 or Enlightenment.

Please change to whitelist only XFCE.

I.e. use:

OnlyShowIn=XFCE;

instead of

NotShowIn=GNOME;KDE;Unity;MATE;LXQt;
